Terms & Refund Policy

These terms apply when you use BlackTravel.org or buy from our store. The site is run by Hood Box Office LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
What we sell
Our travel guides are digital downloads (PDF). Nothing is shipped. After payment you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. Some guides are free; for those you only give us your name and email.
Prices and payment
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, in US dollars. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Refunds
Guides are delivered instantly, so sales are final, with two exceptions:
Charged twice or by mistake? Email info@blacktravel.org within 14 days of the charge with the email you used at checkout, and we will refund the extra charge.
Paid but could not get your guide? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we will fix your access or refund you.
Otherwise payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
What you may do with a guide
Each guide is for your own personal use. You may print it or keep copies on your own devices. You may not resell it, share the file, post it online or pass it off as your own.
Travel information
Our guides are researched and updated, but visa rules, entry requirements, prices and safety conditions change without notice. Check official government sources before you travel. Nothing in our guides is legal, immigration, medical or financial advice, and we are not responsible for travel decisions you make based on them.
Links and bookings
We link to other websites, including Klook. If you book through one of those links, the booking is between you and that company, under its terms. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
Limits of liability
The site and guides are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the guide in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
